Nothing hits like this soft, delicious Salad Dressing Cake! I found myself making this when we were low on fresh eggs that I wanted to save for breakfasts. Since it uses mayo, its a good recipe to use when you are low on eggs or have zero eggs, haha.

Ingredients Needed

Flour

Cocoa powder

Sugar

Mayo

Vanilla

Baking soda

Salt

How to make Salad Dressing Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 dish. You can sprinkle the pan with flour, but I usually don’t take the time to do that.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and incorporated.

Pour into greased pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out of the center clean.
