Salad Dressing Cake

Tender, soft, moist chocolate cake that comes together in minutes! Paired with some warm, drippy icing, this recipe will satisfy that after dinner sweet tooth like nothing else.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose
  • 1½ cups Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350° and grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Mix ingredients in a bowl until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Pour into greased pan.
  • Bake @ 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
