Barbeque Meatballs

BBQ meatballs are juicy, bite-sized pieces of seasoned meat coated in a rich, sweet barbecue sauce. Tender on the inside with a sticky, flavorful glaze on the outside, they’re a perfect balance of savory and sweet—ideal as an appetizer or a hearty main dish.
Servings: 15 meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Envelope onion soup mix
  • cup Milk
  • Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Sauce

  • 2 cups Catsup
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Meatballs

  • Mix together meatball ingredients and then form into uniform meatballs. (Cookie scoop helps!)
  • Place onto a greased metal cooling rack and broil in the oven on high for about 8 minutes or until browned.
  • Rotate meatballs and broil for 3-4 more minutes.

Sauce

  • Mix together ingredients and simmer over low heat on the stove until sugar is dissolved and heated through.
  • Once meatballs are browned, place them into crockpot or baking dish, and pour sauce over the top.
  • Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes.
