Crunchy Homemade Chocolate Granola

Chunks of chocolate
*add after granola has cooled
Melt together:
½
cup
Butter
⅔
cup
Oil
¼
cup
Honey
¾
cup
Water

teaspoons
Vanilla
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a big bowl.
Melt all wet ingredients in a saucepan then pour over dry ingredients.
Stir until everything looks wet.
Spread out on 2 ungreased rimmed baking sheets.
Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, then take out and stir once, then back for another 15-20 minutes or just until golden brown.
After granola has cooled, add chunks of chocolate and any other add ins you'd liked!
