Green Chili Egg Puff
Green Chili Egg Puff is a fluffy baked egg dish similar to a crustless quiche, packed with protein, cheese, and mild chiles.
- 10 Eggs
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 cups Cottage cheese small curd
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 lb Monterey jack or Cheddar grated
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2- 4 oz Green chilis diced
Preheat 350°.
Put all ingredients in a blender, except grated cheese and blend.
Pour into a greased 9x13in dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until center is firm and top is browned.
