- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tbsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Whole milk
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place all dry ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Then add wet ingredients and combine.
Pour into a greased pie plate or 9.5 x 6in baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden or a toothpick comes out clean.
