Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Whole milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Place all dry ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Then add wet ingredients and combine.
  • Pour into a greased pie plate or 9.5 x 6in baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden or a toothpick comes out clean.
